Peel back the layers of bustle and grime in Old London Town and you’ll find it brimming with the ashes of bands and plans and, well, lot’s of ideas you’ve never heard of and sadly never will. But sometimes, just sometimes little embers can grow. And glow. And bring something new and exciting into the world. From such retired projects and past lives, a new music family was kindled – including the magical-wow vocals of Gabrielle Astrid™. And so was born Pilot Me. Because sometimes, the bravado of relying on yourself, is just not what it’s all about. Through much toil, (or day jobs as we call them), a finely prepared audio treat has finally hatched. (And all the people said ‘Hurrah!’). Lovingly brewed to tingle your ears, this debut recording has been released into the wild (that’s you), and given a chance to roam, wherever it pleases.
