Born to Palermo in 1984, it has made academic studies to the conservatory (piano, composition and electronic music) and to the university (philosophy) and in these years he has been approached itself to the "drone", falling in love by the majestic of “deep atmospheres” of Steve roach, Robert Rich, Vidna Obmana, Oophoi, Jeff Greinke and Stars of the lid. After to have published three solo piano album (with clear estonian infuences like Arvo Part) has let to transport from the Drone publishing “Ghiaccio” and “Instancabile silenzio” both of 2007 in which Pietro bonanno experiments the world of the electronics in oniric way. In 2005 Pietro bonanno take part to the 78° Group of Damanhur Meditation School and currently he is engaged in social and spiritual activities, taking part to the "Verdi" (Greens party) and Addiopizzo, a local anti-mafia association.
