Using the words "insomuch, not enough", Zilli, the singer of the band PiXie Meet from Friedberg, Germany, describes the feeling to have wasted his youth. In February, 2009, Bastian Zielinski "Zilli" (Vocals, Guitar) decided, after having left his old band, together with Dennis Falkner (Guitar) to form a band called "PiXie Meet". After a short while, Markus Boerchi (Drums), who had already played along with Dennis in another band, and Alexandre Lemmer (Bass), one of Zilli's long-time friends, joined the band and thus completed the actual line-up. PiXie Meet's music alters from a melancholic and tranquil sound up to a highly aggressive one and is geared to the style of the grunge / alternative scene of the 90s.
