physis is the new moniker of re:plus (Hiroaki Watanabe) – a pianist & producer based in Tokyo. His debut album Everlasting Truth has been a super long-running hit, selling over 25K copies to date. He’s so far released 7 more albums, a genre-bending fusion of jazz & lofi and has received support from PlayStation Japan & editorials on all major DSPs. The new artistic project physis gives him the freedom to experiment with various sides of lofi/chillhop & a bit outside of the strictly-jazz aesthetic he's had as re:plus.
