Phronèsis is a musical project created in 2002 by Jean-François Trotin. It was Trotin's friend Patrick Simoes (alias Vardhlokr) who came up with the name Phronèsis, and who collaborated with Trotin, especially on the lyrics, in the first years of the project. Phronèsis is also a collaboration with many other people who share the same interests of experimentation and tribal music.
