Phil&Jorge is the pseudonym of Phil Laver of Aberdeen (UK). Born in 1983, Phil came to Aberdeen in 2002 to study. Whilst there, his musical talent was spotted and encouraged by a travelling Spanish gypsy known simply as Jorge. For a small time they performed together before Jorge disappeared never to be seen again. In tribute to the impact Jorge had on Phil's life, he kept the stage name and continued to perform as Phil&Jorge (All one word). A limited interest from friends and local fans combined with an over reaching ego led him to record and produce an album in 2005.
