Phil Maggi (born in 1980, Liège) lives and works in Liège, Belgium. Founder and active vocalist of rock band Ultraphallus. Since 2003, he’s working on disfigured sound landscapes including atmospheric ambient-music, classical and traditional music samples, exploring drone and noise territories, but also dark psychedelic and lo-fi cinematographic soundtracks, inspired by dreams and memory of historical popular music.
