Peter Geltat Trio are a band from Berlin Germany. They released their album Winter Sessions on bandcamp in 12 May 2013 http://petergeltattrio.bandcamp.com/ Members of the band: Christoph Keck - Drums Michael Bahl - Double Bass Peter Geltat - Guitar Fresh ideas and virtuoso playing, groovy packed in packages with room for improvisation - that's how best to describe the music of Peter Geltat trio. From the rock and metal coming, Peter Geltat found during his study stay in Gothenburg, Sweden for Scandinavian jazz. Inspired by this environment there already emerged first compositions and sketches. Implement the idea of his music as electric jazz trio with bass and drums, the next logical step. Back at the Academy of Music and Theatre in Rostock, Peter Geltat took place in the summer of 2009 with Michael Bahlk and Christoph Keck appropriate colleagues for his project. The joy of making music together, the dynamics and playfulness carries over to the audience and makes the concerts of PGT always a special experience. In March 2010 PGT added in-house three tracks for demonstration purposes. The whole thing was mixed by Tom "Fountainhead" money racket.
