This is Jesse with his friend Paul. Permanent Dry Spell founded 2009 in Montana, USA. Jesse met Paul at the local drug trafficking spot, offering him two cheeseburgers and a deep throat for some crack. While being high on drugs the whole afternoon, they recorded their first Single "Welcome to Paradise", a Green Day cover, in January 2009.
