A DJ since 1987 (including 2 years on the longest running North West UK pirate radio station I.B.C. and a year's residency in the Mediterranean with Darren Jay), Freeform Records' Jimbo a.k.a. Perfect Combination has been immersed in every form of breakbeat music from early acid house and electro, via jazzy drum'n'bass to cutting edge tech-funk. Manchester's Perfect Combination has over 40 releases to his name appearing on the likes of Moving Shadow, Formation, True Playas, Flex, No u turn, Partisan and a string of releases on his own imprint Freeform Records spanning over a decade. Has played alongside Fatboy slim, Goldie, Roni Size, chemical brothers, Paul Oakenfold plus many more prolific stars. Appeared on the Logical Progression tour in 1995 with LTJ Bukem, Grooverider and Fabio and has played in front 0f 20,000 plus on many occasions. Jimbo has built up his name in areas as one of only a very few who can DJ, Produce and beetbox at the highest level.
