Peggosus is a longstanding children's rock music project of Paul and Peggo Hodes of Concord NH USA. Paul and Peggo Hodes are performers from Concord New Hampshire who have been married to each other and performing since the 1980s. They have performed in several different genres over the years. They founded their own independent record label, Big Round Records. As of 2006, Paul Hodes is the Democratic US Congressman from the second congressional district of New Hampshire and is probably not gigging as much as he once did. The two of them formed the children's glam-rock band Peggosus, they performed at anti-war and anti-nuclear demonstrations, and they recorded an album of gentle adult folk-pop songs named "Patchwork Quilt" in 1996, which included their own inspirational composition "Stand Up, Speak Out" . They are listed at last-fm under the names Peggo & Paul, Peggo and Paul, and Peggo and Paul Hodes. Wikipedia has an article on Paul Hodes which (as of today) does not mention his being a musician, but outlines his distinguished legal career.
