about

Growing from the seeds of new friendships, indie-pop trio Peach Lane have blossomed into a Canberra outfit that the city has come to know and love for their nurtured production and dreamy soundscapes. After forming in mid-2018, Mads, Pierre and Hannah released their debut single 'House Party’ and quickly became a regular feature of the Canberra music scene, playing on many local line-ups and sharing stages with the likes of Northeast Party House, Odette, and E^st. Their signature sound is built on dreamy layers of guitars, harmonies and production. Drawing influence from The xx, Lorde and Bon Iver, they blend live and electronic instruments to create a happysad sound that is uniquely their own. During 2020, Peach Lane found themselves spending months apart, tending to their gardens and honing their craft in the lead up to releasing their single ‘Rolling’ in 2021 followed by their debut EP 'Take This Day'. Pierre - production, guitar, keys, vocals. Madeleine - vocals, guitar, production. Hannah - bass, vocals, synth.
