Pay Your Dues is a Melodic Hardcore band from Indianapolis, Indiana. Formed in mid-2006 by Chris Parient [Lead Guitar] and Davie Jaggar [Drums] with Kenny Stewart [Second Guitar], Alex Latus on bass and Nate Ridenhour on Vocals. Ridehour eventually left the band and Alex Latus took over Vocalist duties for the initial recording of "Out From The Start". Later Colin Hilton joined to replace Latus on bass. With the lineup for their first EP "This Life Is Sacred" finalized in the third quarter of 2006 the band got signed by the UK "up and coming" label Double X Crossed Records and began recording early November 2006.
