Pathenon is a metal band, composing music that is a mix of metal core and thrash metal, with screaming, that formed in Orange in March 2009. To date, the band has numerous original recording, none of which have been released, as the band is yet to find a major record label. The band consists of - Shane Corby, Lead Vocals/Screaming Greg Foster, Lead Guitarist Wade Symons, Rhythm Guitarist/Back up Vocals. Joshua Quinn, Bassist/Back up Vocals. Luke Barnes, Drummer. The band is currently in a battle of the bands contest in Orange, NSW Australia, and has reached modhest acclaim, headlining their first gig in May, 2009, at the Victoria Hotel, in Orange. The band is curerently recording their EP, which will contain all of their originals to date, and is set to be released in Late July / August.
