The Swedish melodic death metal band Path of Denial was formed in Jönköping 2007 by guitarrist Jimmy Torp and basist Emil Blücher, both who had been playing in a band called Seventh Fall before, however the music genre they played didn´t fit their wishes to play more death metal. The same was for Anton Junvik who also played Drums in Seventh Fall by the time, who also ofcourse joined up as the perfect drummer. The second guitarrist was already an easy choice, Arvid Knutsson was the one and with him they made Path of Denial complete and started to make songs. But just after a while Anton had to quit because of his problems with ear noise, a big loss for Path of Denial who now had to start searching for a new drummer, the one who turned up was Björn Heinpalu which was found through some friends of Arvid, he had the spirit for the music and had been playing in several bands before and was the great choice. The singer was now the big problem and simply hard to find, however after a while Oskar Johansson turned up and the band was all complete, a demo is to be expected in may while their first gig was at the UKM festival the fifth of April, and be so sure, more is to come!
