Artist
1. Formed in Norwich in 1990, Passing Clouds achieved limited success at the cusp of the indie/dance crossover, remaining very much on the indie side of the fence. Vocalist Grant Madden used a mix of ranting and C86 style delivery, while bassist/vocalist Anne Reekie's warbling provided the perfect vocal foil. Adam Green (guitar) and Alex Reed (drums) completed the line-up. Reed left in 1992 according to the age-old tradition of spontaneously combusting drummers, and Madden went on to form the Half-Time Oranges. Reekie and Green continued for a number of years with an ever-changing personnel, and then the Clouds eventually passed. 2. A psychedelic pop group who released one album in 1968 called "Hawks And Doves". Very little information exists about this band.
