Two groups have been known as Passe-Partout: one from The Netherlands, the other from Canada. 1. Passe-Partout from The Netherlands was a one-hit-wonder close-harmony group made up of two couples. In 1977 they topped the Dutch chart with De Doodgewoonste Dingen 2. Passe-Partout was an educational tv show produced by the government of Quebec, Canada public television from 1977 to the end of the 80s.
