PARVAAZ : The Band name originates from the urdu word which means "flight". Its a Bangalore based band whose sound is a mix of blues, psychedelic rock and urdu lyrics. Genres: Progressive Rock, Alternative Rock, and Folk Rock Band Members: Sachin Banandur-Drums& Percussion Kashif Iqbal-Lead Guitar& vocals Khalid Ahamed-Lead vocals Fidel Dsouza-Bass Past members: Neil Simon – bass, backing vocals (2010–2011) Adarsh Deokota – Guitars (2010) Somarashi Bhattacharjee – Drums (2010) They just released their first EP: Behosh on 13th July, 2012 which features 5 tracks. They released another full-length album called Baran on 13th August 2014 at Hight Spirits, Pune In 2016 they released a live feature length album Transitions that contains previously recorded tracks and two additional tracks Shaad and Colour White (both later released as singles in 2017).
