about

Parkhill is a 8 member music group from the Mile High City. The group formed in the summer of 2009 and is the first band to be released on the Los Angeles based “Hoodywood Record” label Its core members are multi-instrumentalist “Mr Monk” (the groups founder, lead composer & music director), and “Jo Jo Conner”, “Bianca B”, “Ramiea” “Lyness Hill” “Skrap a Lot” “Richard “Gsack” Porter” “Elijahwon Dixon.” The individual members of the group were initially to be featured as solo artist but do to the record labelʼs budget constraints and pressure from Conglomeride Entertainment (the parent company) it was decided to combine and form a band otherwise it would have took much longer for the record label to get each individual artist into the market place. Rainbow Road originally was to be Parkhill's 2nd major release after "Love Laugh Love Dance Sing" but again due to budget restraints Only 1 single "Getcha Groove On" from the "LLDS"project has been released and is a digital download only. Laugh Love Dance Sing is slated for full mid summer 2011 “Getcha Groove On” is the first single cut from the bandʼs debut album entitled “Love Laugh Dance Sing” (“LLDS”) User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
