There are multiple artists with this name: 1) Paper Plates is a rapper based out of Norwich, England. Currently in mass hype producing mode. Degenerate Art was dropped in April, 2013, to large critical acclaim. Self-described as 'Michael Jackson's left glove'. 2) Paper Plates is a hard rock band founded by Jonny Rankin and Alex Patrick, two teenagers from Surrey, mid 2007. They are infulenced by artists such as Alice Cooper, Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, Radiohead and Van Halen. They have sold 100 million albums worldwide as of 2010. Their debut, Plastic Bowls, went platinum in 17 countries, and their 2nd and final album, released in 2009, called CRAPHEAD, sold 70 million albums. They are playing reading 2011 on friday as the headliners. 3) Paper Plates is the musical project of bored college student Kyle Burns.
