Panther Chan (Chinese: 陳蕾; pinyin: chén lěi; jyutping: can4 leoi4) is a Chinese-born, Hong Kong-based singer and songwriter. Born on October 29, 1990 in Guangzhou, China, Chan moved to Hong Kong in 2009 to participate in the singing competition Asian Millionstar, on which she finished 4th place and began attracting attention due to her singing ability and expressiveness. Since then, she has been active in the Hong Kong music scene as a Cantopop musician. In addition to being a remarkable Cantopop artist, thus performing mainly in Cantonese, Chan has also sung in Mandarin, Japanese, and English. In July 2019, she was signed to Warner Music Hong Kong.
