Panóptica is a Mexican techno act , a pseudonym for Roberto Mendoza a.k.a. Panoptica, who is a founding member of Nortec Collective, and not surprisingly Panoptica creates music similar in sound to Nortec Collective. Mendoza combines Urban electronica and techno fused with Mexican folkloric influences and "urban blues", creating a sonic border city fusion ala dusty & chaotic Tijuana meeting the monied glass towers of stateside San Diego.
