Pamela Howland was born in Oconomowoc Wisconsin on Dec. 24th, 1956. She is a classically trained pianist who earned her BM and MM degrees at the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music in Milwaukee, WI and her DMA in piano performance and literature at Eastman School of Music in Rochester, NY. She has taught at a number of colleges and universities, most recently Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC, and has performed throughout the United States, as well as in Colombia, South America, Paris and Vienna. She has 11 CDs to her credit, all available through her website, most also available on Amazon, which reflect her eclectic interests, which include 19th century romantic composers, the French Impressionists, music of Eastern Europe, Christmas music and, most recently, music from the cinema.
