Pale Yellow Light is an interesting mix of talented musicians composed of guitarist Ronald Sonsing, drummer Mel Sonsing, bassist Noy Martinez and vocalist/guitarist Mito Romualdez. They have come together to push alternative music to unprecedented heights and are currently recording their first independent album. That fateful meeting took place on August 2006, when the boys were coming off from different alternative bands, deciding their fate on rounds of beer and their genuine love for music. These Parañaque-based individuals offer something that you simply can’t refuse, a definite treat for the specialists and a learning experience for the challenged. The eclectic blend of influences makes this band work. From the minute they channel their legendary idols, they pay tribute where credit is due. You best be expecting, because they’re not going anywhere without a fight and biting tooth and nail will do them some good.
