Artist
Pablo Chill-E, is a Chilean rapper who uses Autotune and synthetyzers to bend his voice, rapping about common worldwide themes like drugs, crime, sex and money alongside a pre recorded sample of reggaeton music. This merge is known as "Latin Trap". Collaborating with Spanish trap artists Yung Beef and Kaydy Cain, he gained recognition through the EP "Antijiles." Besides his known cliche lyrics of the style, he also addresses political corruption, societal opportunities, friendship, and the unique context of his home country. His discography includes numerous mixtapes, EPs, and singles, which are typically found on streaming platforms. He has collaborated with both Chilean and international musicians, including La Vendición, Duki, Lucho SSJ, and Bad Bunny. Additionally, as the leader of the Shi Shi Gang collective since 2016, based in Puente Alto, he has fostered emerging talent from marginalized backgrounds. Pablo Chill-E's music resonates with audiences in lower-income neighborhoods, due to his portrayal of criminal life as luxury, which is quite the opposite in Chile. His listeners has expanded because he's one of the first Chileans who started in this genre and got collaborations with foreign known reggaeton figures.
