PYRX is a unique, new style of music that offers high energy, as well as a new wave of mainstream talent. Their sound has been described as an eclectic, genre- blending mix of Reggae, Hip-hop, Rock, and Dance Hall. PYRX has stunned audiences far and wide. The members consist of 5 young, innovative minds, with divine inspiration from Northern California. PYRX has been touring the States, and around the globe, since their first album release: "INFINITE MEDICINE" (2002). PYRX has steadily increased its venue size and fan base at an exceptional rate. With the album release: "LIKE THE RHYTHM" (2006), PYRX raised the bar with rave reviews that led to national exposure. PYRX has been blessed to perform with in-demand musical acts such as; Maroon5, Redman, Julian & Stephen Marley, Andre Nickatina, Anthony B, Barrington Levy, Eek A Mouse, Pepper, Slightly Stoopid, Kottonmouth Kings, and many others. In early 2008, PYRX was nominated for, and won the "Underground Artist of the Year" from HIGHTIMES Magazine. They accepted their achievement along with a DOOBIES award at the SOUTH BY SOUTHWEST MUSIC CONFERENCE in Austin, Texas. During 2008, PYRX toured constantly across the U.S. and Canada, to find themselves ending out the year with a Bay Area tour, heating up the crowd for reggae legend Anthony B. In March of 2009, PYRX released a 5 track EP for their third album entitled: "EVIDENCE OF SOUND". In the same month HIGHTIMES magazine dubbed PYRX "The Top Reggae, Hip-hop
