There are two artists under this name: 1) Seraph Records recording artist from New York, US 2) ? 1) Paris By Night was originally a shoegaze / dreampop / darkwave band from Austin, Texas headed by Jeanine aka Jeanine Acquart. After signing with Seraph Records, Jeanine relocated to New York.
