Het Orkest Zonder Naam (The Orchestra Without A Name, in English) was formed on November 19th, 1946 in Hilversum, The Netherlands and lasted until October 10th, 1954. It was the orchestra of the catholic broadcasting corporation KRO and their 1952 song "Naar de speeltuin", which is a Dutch evergreen, sold 25,000 copies. The members of the OZN were Piet Baan (guitar), Ab Bakels (vocals), Klaas van Beeck (vibraphone, xylophone), Gerard van Bezey (drums), Jany Bron (vocals), Jo Budie (accordion), Henk Dorel (vocals), Benny de Gooyer (saxophone, clarinet), Johnny Ombach (violin), Sonja Oosterman (vocals), Yvonne Oostveen (vocals), Henk Orthman (bass), Jan Pietersen (accordion), Ger de Roos (director), Fred Roozendaal (vibraphone), Fred Starewood (vocals), Ermo Veldman (guitar).
