A project started by Tomas Pettersson after he split from Archon Satani. Later renamed Ordo Rosarius Equilibrio. The inspiration and objective to initiate an individual project occurred during Tomas Petersson's involvement in Archon Satani, as Mikael Stavöstrand (the other half of Archon Satani) decided to form his side project 'Inanna' in 1991. But Ordo Equilibrio awaited to originate until May of 1993 as Tomas decided to abandon his participation in Archon Satani by reason of several insignificant inconsistencies pertaining to the bands current status and continuing progress. Accoring to Tomas, "Ordo Equilibrio's primary purpose was to serve as the aesthetic and creative outlet for a multitude of ideas, aesthetics, ambitions and ideals.
