Onesta is a Paris hardcore band that has been formed in april 2005 by Tony (guitar), Bogdan (vocals), Olivier (drums) and Romain (bass). The band is composed of members of Apocalyse Now (GSR Music), members of Count to React (r.i.p), ex members of The Arrs ,Rude Boy System. Mike (2nd guitar) join the band in early 2006. ONESTA plays a raging and intensive hardcore influenced by the New-York Hardcore and Hip Hop scene: bands such as Madball, Biohazard, House of Pain, Krs One, MF Doom.. The band released a first demo autoproduced (2 tracks) in mai 2005, then its first EP (7 tracks) with Disagree Records in march 2006, and finally a single Cd on which you can find two new songs in preview of the first album, that will be released at the end of the year. Until now, Onesta has played in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain with the following bands: Hoods, No Turning Back, Out To Win, Surge of Fury, Go it Alone, To Kill. It was not the first tests for its members that already played and went on tour in Europe with bands such as Terror, 25 Ta life, Wu Tang Clan, Born From Pain, Kickback, Irate, Arkangel, etc. with their previous projects. in 2007 Onesta will widespread its music and its style not really reprezented in Europe at the moment.
