Established in mid 2023, ONE DIMENSIONAL CREATURES, aka ONE DIMES, are an alternative punk/postpunk/grunge band from Greater Manchester, UK! Their music features heavy distorted guitars with flowing edgy lead lines and driving beats. Their punk-infused lyrics focus on politics, the daily struggle, and equality for all. Their debut album 'Tolerance Paradox ' released in late 2025 on limited edition red vinyl, CD, download, and streaming. The band described it as their 'sonic middle finger to the rich neoliberal parasites in charge'. They have released multiple singles and EPs including the sold out 'Baited Chains EP ' and 'Welcome to Serfdom EP ' . Since forming they have played numerous gigs and festivals across the UK from Manchester to London. They have a strong DIY work ethic; recording, mixing, and releasing everything themselves on their own label, BKD Music. They have been played on numerous radio stations including, Salford City Radio, Big City Radio, Future Hits Radio, Amazing Radio, and Radio Wigwam as well as being featured in many Spotify playlists. RGM Magazine describe them as sounding like "IDLEs mixed with The Murder Capital with a smattering of Joy Division and a healthy dose of old-skool punk".
