A 5 piece created in Derby in late 2009, from the ashes of In The Back Of The Real. There aren't any dinosaurs anymore as sad as it maybe. But one day perhaps there won't be humans. One day we won't be here. Maybe one day there will even be a musical band of robots called "Once There Were Humans" to lament upon the extinction of us simple creatures. Until then, we are Once There Were Dinosaurs, a group of bipedal music obsessed primates. Our simple desire is to make the most of our short time on the earth (or more specifically, in the midlands where we reside) by creating songs that we enjoy, to play full of intricate layers of guitar work and vocal melodies to sing along to.
