The name Offshore is used by at least two artists: 1. Rock/Reggae band based in the Netherlands 2. London-based Scotsman Ewan Robertson, who makes electronic music 1. With a diverse cultural background containing an Aruban lead singer, Dutch drummer, Israelian piano player, Aruban guitar player, Dutch saxophone player and an Indian bass player they are well rounded multicultural musicians who bring all types of flavours to the kitchen! Vince Tonk who is the Lead Guitarist and does Lead Vocals grew up on Aruba and was always in contact with the Reggae and Rock vibe on the Island. He was always and still is inspired by great bands such as Sublime, Nirvana, Bob Marley and many more! While studying music in Holland with Sharen Singh (Bass), they immediately started sharing their love for reggae music. Jamming together whenever they got the chance. Finally Vincent got introduced to Guido Van de Wijdeven (Drums) and together they formed “OFFSHORE” Now existing for almost 3 years they have grown from three members to six. Daniel with his crazy keyboard skills joined the crew, so did Vince's long time friend Aymar on guitar.
