Of the Snow Whales is a musical project created by Micheal Gisi. He was born in Minot, North Dakota but was raised in Grand Forks, ND, and the creative juices started flowing . Using multiple layers of guitars he makes both powerful and somber soundscapes. Jordan Berndt also sits in occasionally as guest drummer. In recent times, Gisi has incorporated sampling and scratching via vinyl turntable. Basically, OtSW kicks face.
