Of Shape & Sound is an alternative rock band based out of the East Bay Area in California. With origins as a bar-based cover band, OSAS is coming into it's own. With influences in rock, blues, bluegrass, R&B and Soul, the eight-piece group blurs the lines of the alternative world. An electric mandolin adds color and hot leads not found with a guitar. OSAS also includes a three-piece horn section with sax, trumpet and trombone that accentuates vocal melodies. A strong lead vocal backed by multiple harmonies add a refined rock sound. Of Shape & Sound is the complete package and more, definitely something you’ll have to see to believe.
