Oceanator is American multi-instrumentalist Elise Okusami, based in Brooklyn, NYC. Okusami has been a musician since the age of 9 years old when she first learned to play guitar. In the 4th grade, soon after learning guitar, Okusami started her first band with her brother and a few friends. She subsquently drummed for multiple projects in New York. The influence of her upbringing in 90s grunge and punk is evident in Okusami’s songwriting. She released his debut album "Things I Never Said" in 2020.
