OAE (Oakland Afternoon Ensemble) is a hazy wash of improvised texture; an expansive dive into deep space seen through a gauzy lo-fidelity lens. Electric hiss and reflected short bursts of noise jettison through strange frequencies, overtones and melodies performed on guitars, electronics and an ancient Arabic oud.
