Jake O’Haara Mins was born in Toronto and raised in London, Canada. Formative years found O’Haara taking inspiration from punk and hardcore. For just under a decade his focus has been on electronic music, exploring a pallet of sample based hip-hop, sound design, exploratory synth maneuverings, and digital/software/computer based beat constructions. Previously, O'Haara has released works and remixes with the Castledrum imprint, contributed to last years’ APADP Forest City Series, Vol. 1 compilation, and reworked several tunes for A Souvenir and Ian Doig-Phaneuf.
