about

The band’s sound is a mixture of progressive rock and gothically-inspired ethereal “shoe gazer” ambiance. Lately singer-songwriter Sheena Colbath Harden has been venturing into electronic terrain. Keeping the darkwave foundation, she is building soundscapes that are both dreamy and danceable. Numeralia has so far released three full-length albums (Spiral, Deep Breath and Sun Catcher) and one EP (Not for Sale). The band has also appeared on the compilations Half-Gifts (a tribute to the Cocteau Twins), A Cat Shaped Hole in My Heart and The Black Bible. Numeralia was founded in 1996; the line up has changed over time but Sheena Colbath Harden has remained the core singer and songwriter.
