Notwehr (meaning 'Self-Defense' in English) was a German RAC group from Velbert, Germany who released one demo and four full-length albums between 1995 & 1998: 1995: Demo 1996: Ein neuer Wind 1997: Wenn es tobt 1998: Schreie in der Nacht 1998: Helden der Zeit Their song 'Meine Träume' was also featured on the sampler/compilation CD 'Affen Starke RAC hits 2004 vol.2'.
