Norator is a Swedish synthpop duo that make music in a classic 80's style with Swedish lyrics. The members are Karl-Fredrik Blixt Hagholm and Niklas Rönnberg. The band formed in 2002 in Linköping, Sweden, and 2009 they released their first album entitled Med rytmen i rymden, which translates to "With the rythm in space". The title is a variation on "Med rymden i blodet" ("With space in the blood"), which is the title of a famous 80's album by the Swedish synth pop group Adolphson-Falk. The lyrics are mostly centered around space and loneliness. Other influences include Sista Mannen På Jorden, S.P.O.C.K., Page, Mr Jones Machine and similar, although inspiration comes from all kinds of styles and genres.
