Born and raised in Israel, bassist Noga Shefi started playing guitar at the age of 13. In high school, after getting into the music program of “Tichon Hadash Hertzliya,” she picked up the bass guitar and since then bass has been her main instrument. Currently residing in Brooklyn, New York, Noga is active in the music scene as a performing/recording/touring bass player. Since the move to New York, Noga has worked and toured with a wide range of artists such as Cass McCombs, Delicate Steve, Rubblebucket, Ryan Power and others in many different styles from pop/rock/funk to world music and psychedelia.
