No.1 Station are an eight-piece English band who play in ska, rocksteady and reggae styles. They are considered to be the vanguards of a new generation of Blue Beat. No.1 Station have been responsible for the resurgence of Blue Beat Records and have released half a dozen acclaimed singles on the imprint. Popular on the festival circuit, the band have been perennial favourites at Glastonbury, Lost Vagueness, Electric Picnic, Sproai, and many other regional events over recent years.
