Rocking since 2010, hailing from Mexico City, Mexico No! Valium is an alt-rock/pop band with a sound that might seem out-there occasionally, but full of energy and catchy hooks. Orchestrated by founding members guitar and synth player Larz Lander and bass player William McCharles , influenced by Tulu’s soaring distortion, Powerful York’s Drums and the soothing vocal harmonies by Adriana… They all combine their diverse tastes to define No! Valium’s sound: a rock band with several different influences ranging from plain pop-rock to the likes of jazz and instrumental ambience. An easy-on-the-ears sound, yet somewhat different from 00s western/hispanic/latin rock scene, No! Valium sets the first brick for the sound wall to come in this new decade.
