Born and raised in Tbilisi, Nino Gvetadze studied with Veronika Tumanishvili, Nodar Gabunia and Nana Khubutia. After her graduation in the Tbilisi Conservatory Nino moved to the Netherlands, where she studied with Paul Komen and Jan Wijn. During her studies Nino received various awards, among those: Grant of the foundation of "solo" founded by Elisabeth Leonskaya, Grand prize and 2 special prizes at the YPF Piano Competition, Holland.
