Ninepoundnote were a 7 piece ska/pop punk band from Bradford, Yorkshire UK. They had several releases before they split up in 2004. These releases included Chips for Tea, Plan 9 from Outer Ska, and finally Go National. Former members went on to play in bands including Random Hand, Freefall Felix, Broadways Not Ready, Catch-it Kebabs, Chucky NoSTARS, and Chief Libido. The line up for the final tour was Jonny Fallon (vox), James 'Smuff' Muff (guitar), Chris Kitson (drums) Paul Walsh (bass), Robin Leitch (trombone), John Lo (alto sax) and Dave Hogan (tenor sax). Former members include Jonathon Sture (bass) and John Conyers (trumpet) The band undertook a large national tour during their final year, and also hit the number one and two spot (in the same week) on the ska chart from music networking site purevolume.com with the singles Go National and Surreality TV.
