Nikki Jean (born Nicholle Jean Leary on August 25, 1983 in St. Paul, Minnesota) is an American singer-songwriter, musician and occasional actress. She is the singer, songwriter and pianist for Nouveau Riche, an indie/hip-hop band based out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. She is featured on Lupe Fiasco's second album, The Cool, as a lyricist and vocalist. The Cool debuted on Billboard (magazine)s Top 200 at number 15. Nikki Jean wrote and recorded "Five Alarm Fire" released by DJ Deckstream on Manhattan Records. She recorded Sting's "Be Still My Beating Heart" with The Randy Watson Experience on Rewind!5, released on Ubiquity Records. Nikki Jean is also known throughout the YouTube community for her original videos which appear on her channel "nikkijeanproject" (http://www.myspace.com/thenikkijeanproject). With nearly 1 Million total video views, over 80,000 channel views and over 1,700 subscribers, this won her 3 YouTube honors as most viewed musician of the day, most viewed musician of the week and an most viewed musician of the month.
