Nigel first found himself behind a drum kit at the tender age of 11! He continued to play the drums until he left school at 16 years old. During that time Nigel also sang in a choir which allowed him to take part in a small European Tour in 2005. Being in the choir gave Nigel the chance to perform at venues such as The Royal Albert Hall, the N.E.C Arena & Disneyland Paris. Nigel then left the choir so he could concentrate on his own music so one day he sat on a piano stool at college & began to write a song, since that day Nigel continued to teach himself piano, which again allowed him to tour the UK in a band he formed, called Changing Scenes (Nigel's first major solo project) Having rejected label interest from EMI, Nigel grew stronger and continued to write with his band. In the summer of 2008 Changing Scenes made a few small festival appearances and released a small E.P titled 'A Little Less Nostalgia' which had over 1,000 plays in 2 days! Nigel Passey is a Singer/Songwriter now based in the heart of Leeds & attends Leeds College Of Music doing a Popular Music Degree. Having already made his mark in the Music Industry, Nigel is in very high demand for artists to perform & record with him. Having taught himself acoustic guitar, Nigel began to write songs and perform at various venues in Leeds. Having had management interest already Nigel has teamed up with some of the best young musicians in Leeds in order to spice up his sound! This means Nigel is able to adapt to what
