Once upon a time, June 18th 1980to be more precise, a severely inebriated stork happened upon the home of Cuban musicians, Lissette and Willy Chirino. The couple were having their typical musical swaree and the stork in his drunken stupor left them a very unplanned package, a child, whom theyd name, Nicolle. Yes, with 2 "L's". This was simply done so that she would have to correct everyone who ever had to spell her name and to punish her in advance for anything she may or may not do in the future. So anyway...this child would then grow up to the unconventional life of a "rock star in training"...this would include various hotel and dressing rooms, recording studios, and even stages. She was also for brief moments at a time raised by her mothers gay dancers, backup singers, make-up artists and fans giving her an appreciation for glitter, The Bee Gees and a nice pair of shoes. Her grandparents, Olga y Tony...oddly enough are also musicians...as are all of her 4 sisters, with whom she was in a band with for 4 years before inevitably breaking up due to "stuff". In 2004, she won the first "Florida Grammy Showcase" for unsigned artists which begs the question as to why she is yet unsigned...but she has not let that discourage her and is going it alone and with YOUR HELP for the time being.
