Nicolas Pagnier (fl. 1540’s–1550’s) was master of the choirboys at Notre Dame de Paris until 1550. Total of 12 chansons credited to this composer in Du Chemin, Attaingnant, and Le Roy et Ballard imprints of 1540’s and 1550’s Note his setting of Monsieur l’abbé (by Marot), issued in Le Roy et Ballard 1553.
